I can see how you get there but my info says otherwise this time. Unlikely to see wet weather cause too much grief as AN is on elevated land, the drillers are ready to keep working and AVB want it done post haste to keep the show on the road. My understanding of the weather patterns is also that if we have more rain than usual here they are drier in Brasil. As the southern oscillation index is rising the met bureau are predicting more rain here in Oz so I suspect it may not be excessively wet in Brasil this year (fingers crossed).

In Brasil, probably like elsewhere as well, it's a buyers market at this point in the cycle. Everything from mining hardware to services such as drilling are being offered at very competitive pricing and suppliers are keen to win and keep clients. Another reason why I do not think we'll see much in the way of cost over runs on this project. I've also heard that the drilling team that AVB have built a relationship with is of very high quality and committed to their clients.
