re: caz will lose -hancock will win Capman - absolute rubbish.
Normally if an orebody was uneconomic you lodged Exemptions which were granted by DoIR on the that basis- especially as you had spent a lot of money proving up 130 million tonnes.
Not so long ago they introduced Retention Licences which enable you to hold an uneconomic orebody indefinitely until conditions change.
It is looking more and more like a shoe-in for RIO - CAZ are gone to Gowings mate.
