There is none.

Hanging, drawing and quatering and placing the head of the offender on a spike outside the Tower of London didn't work.

Transporting to the colonies didn't work.

Numerous drug offenders have been hanged in Singapore. It doesn't work either.

Some people have no respect for rules, the law, or anyone but themselves. They don't care who they hurt or kill to get their way.

They can not exist in society and they have to be removed. Permanently.
