I run a few business's and when I need finance, the Financial institutions ask me to provide my last 2 years financials so as to see if I qualify and can repay the debt. I am pretty sure that if his financiers didn;t think he would qualify and couldn't pay it back, they wouldn;t have lent it to him.
$100,000,000 and at 7%, just says something about the project.
