I was at that meeting too....at that time I thought lowball takeover meant xmen stealing my shares at around $10.

Learnt a lot after that ...about how to do back of envelope calcs of the fair values as I perceived them based on resources, costs, time horizon, etc ... give and take whatever is stated outside jorc numbers. Thus why I sold out when mc was close to $1bn.

In any case this is a good trading stock. I no longer have the FOMO syndrome when I get in and out within a couple of days.
