On Monday the closing price was 2.4 and the small volume was a test to see what could be drawn out yesterday
Yesterday, the bid was at 2.5 for a large part of the day.
The bid at 2.5 was the DEMAND. The small buys at 2.5 was the SUPPLY . The small VOLUME was not a lot of SUPPLY. The final buy at 2.6 was a TEST.
I am expecting mark up to begin soon and have been buying PENOC, as I believe the greater return on the options, with the amount of time left, is the better PEN investment at the moment.
