Some facts for the Liberal sycophants on here -

1. The GFC happened....and in a big. big way.

2. The Coalition said they would have gone into debt but by not quite as much

3. The revenue write downs under Labor meant they could not return a surplus

So we can conclude that anyone who implies debt is bad knows nothing about how we handled the GFC.

We can conclude that only the ignorant would think that debt under the GFC was avoidable by either party.

So let's not have this continued crap that the ALP got us into some God awful mess when all the indicators say the opposite.

What we really have here is typical right wing strategy.....say a simple slogan often enough so as to fool the masses into believing it. ....even though what they are saying is patently untrue.
