Personally I can't sorry. I'd base my decision more off what the board recommended.
Management, BlackRock and M&G hold about 35% between them I think. If they supported a bid I would have to take that as notice that they believed it was the best outcome for holders.
They have access to far more information than I do, especially management, so I'd leave it up to them to consider whether they thought a bid was fair value.
