But I do know, that Sydney is powering, the NSW Central Coast and Newcastle are heating up and Brisbane and numerous other markets in QLD are also starting to lift.
NSW should run hard for another 18 months to 2 years. By then QLD will really be hitting its stride.
Interesting times ahead :)
