What you say is quite correct! However, it is incumbent upon a Company Directorate to ensure that the deployment of shareholders funds,for purposes that those funds were NOT originally intended for,are able to be reclaimed when the shareholders,(members of the Company), wish to have those funds utilised for their original purpose!
That is clearly not the case at present,otherwise those same funds,irresponsibly disbursed to demonstrably unprofitable and dubious companies,with a common directorate, woud be available for the purpose for which they were intended...Namely,solely,the advancement of BKP..
