    Set to commence final completion and commissioning. Really?

    Did they ever hear about full and frank communication.?

    Like, you know, sorry but could you give us a clue about WHEN???

    Do they not know by now that we would like to know that?

    They are either really thick or purposefully obstructive in my opinion.
