Like many of you, I've had a bit of experience doing business in this region (South Africa for me).
If worrying about time-frames gets you in a tizz, don't put your hard-earned in a company that chooses to operate over there. Management would be reluctant in the extreme to give dates when they expected equipment to be commissioned. They would have egg on their face 9 times out of 10 if they did.
I don't care if LOM delivers in 1 month, 6 months, 1 year or 2 years - just as long as they do.
