which is perfectly fine for shorting insto bankers with trillions of dollars - they can move the markets, in more ways than one, rather than be moved by them.
anyway,

wait for a whipsaw, or maybe a couple of cents, and then short it to 20c?
no doubt that this tweaking in lyc trading, (not to mention many others) has turned some 'educated' fundamentalists and technicalists into fools
