    Ha ha just shows how little you know about listed public companies!

    If you have hundreds of millions of options (eg pre consolidation) and you exercised them you would own about 15% of all the shares on issue in CTP. There are no large shareholders in CTP. Thus effective control easily with 15%!

    Which is the bit you are having trouble understanding mate?
