Really dozens of articles every day making several comments about the consortium wiiner of pre salt auction.

- President of Petrobras(Graca Foster) says they have cash enough at bank to go ahead without any need to raise fuel prices.

- Comments are the TENDER was design to attend and make this specific consortium a winner, mainly because Petrobras intimidate in many ways any chance of competition, creating clear barriers to possible candidates com on board.

- All comments about Libra says this PRE SALT agreement is set to became one of largest and best bargains and highly profitable to all parties.

- All comments are the ones holding pre salt areas from now own are the "lucky winners" (in or not in Libra areas) because the technology is becoming cheaper and highly available with potential of high discoveries, much bigger than the previous data estimate in conservative levels.
