SLR have reduced their capital expenditure which has produced what appears to be a good result. However, this may hit them in the future as would have delayed underground development in areas where future production is required.
The reduction in capital expenditure is not sustainable and in the long run and will impact them in the future if they don't continue sufficient capital expenditure.
The qtr result would have been much worse off. It will be an interesting quarter coming up. I can see too many improvements in getting there operating costs down.
