Off the top of my head I don't recall, but it is all in the announcement.

I am mostly refering to the possibility that an actual announcement and decision might take longer than the two months.

Either they meant that after two months all data would have been collected and analysed with decision pending.

Or After two months they will have all the data to commence analysis and reporting which will eventually lead to a decision.

I am busy today, so can't verify all facts so please check through the anns to make sure..
