Hi there Roscoe49, with your question, are you speaking of the other 1.5% as 67Shelby has just posted ? I had forgotten about the ORRI being 3% and not 1.5%


Well found 67Shelby ! Does this mean another $50,000 has been held in escrow for this 1.5% ???


Now I am confused !



From he supplementary prospectus a while back:

"Chalk Sea Development, Ltd has commenced an action in the USA concerning a claimed 3% override royalty on the Permian project."

So, as part of the agreement to settle, has this been reduced to 1.5% ???
