There has been a lot of misinformation being dribbled into the AVB threads over the last month, not all of which is unintentional i am sure. If we were to take a few steps back and look at the bigger picture on what has actually happened with the last 3 funding announcements we will see that $90m finance has been obtained (directly and indirectly), most of which to be confirmed in the coming weeks.

$58m facility - but before this is released you need to raise another $12m

$18m raised - job done, and now the cascade of events can follow.......prove to BR, who will release the $12m, which will then trigger the $58m, and on we crack with becoming a mid-tier miner.

Only a matter of weeks/months before the sp will reflect this position (unless any of the above falls over - which is why the heavy selling IMHO).

We all are mindful that nothing is easy in raising cash right now, so AVB have actually done extremely well to pull together the flow of finance news. BUT its not taken the sp to the lofty heights of a decent re-rate of $0.20c+ hence the heavy sell off and current discounted price.

Stage 1 is now fast tracked and stage 2 will be a moster, so long termers can sit back and relax, and regardless if the wishes of some come true (due to ego and "told you so" mentality), and we see a close of 6.9c today - who really cares??? Will today's share price matter in a few weeks/months when finance is locked in and the mine is being built???

Without question AVB is in a FAR better position as a company than it was a month ago (when the price was 9.8c), with less risk, more potential to mine, and an additional heavy weight company as an investor!!! Even better the share price is now cheaper - go figure!

The frustrating part for traders is that the sp has not rocketed, but the great part for long termers is the buying opportunity that comes with this sell off.

The last 3 announcements have not been a disaster, like some of the posts have seem to lead us to believe - in fact they have provided more confidence that this company will become a miner.
