qantum..the theory of a large 26 cent player exiting, doesn't appear to be supported on the registry.
My concern is more to do with that simply NO ONE is buying this story whatsoever.
Adding to that, management appear not to be working to any timetable here. Speed certainly not happening, stupid for us to assume that the extra rigs would speed things up.
