the vote, one year on

One year ago today biota shareholders voted to go forth to the Nasdaq.

Jim fox, aka the prophet, assuredly told biota shareholders, aka the believers, that the move to the US would result in much higher liquidity and a much higher share price. A couple of people questioned the move and were marginalised as the noisy minority, non-believers who did not possess the wisdom of the prophet.

One year on and the prophet has not been sighted or heard.

The prophet also preached to his flock that he was always seeking non-dilutive opportunities. He needs to come out from high hiding hole and reassure the flock that the pain will not get worse as a result of any dilutionary actions.
