(a)yes! the market will only pay what they think its worth.

But your missing my point.

{A Property is only worth what someone will pay}

But as a caretaker of that property I need to do a few things, like look after that invesment

(1)Manage finances

Consolidation & C/R

(2)maintenance

Miss leading maybe, as I brought my last parcel on this comment,and havent brought anymore since.

So if you are answering on a managment point of veiw not good for me as a holder.

If on a holders veiw you sound pretty happy?
