The Board of Axiom Mining Limited (“Axiom”) hereby requests a trading halt pending the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to a court order being made on the litigation proceedings in the Solomon Islands.
Axiom has no reason to believe why this request should not be granted.
Axiom expects to be in a position to update the market in relation to this matter by the opening of trade on or before 29 October 2013.
