Drake-Brockman seems to have put in a lot of money and "lost" (mark-to-makret) most of it.

Appears to be a "finanacial/banker type" ( like me I'm, afraid to admit) - and we tend think we know more than we do and have lots of knowledge and experience because we have seen lots of deals - but reality is we ususally don't have the detailed on the ground , nuts and bolts knowledge/skill, and that I would suggest may have been the case with DB - and now he is just trying to stay in long enough to recover (some of) his lost capital.

For my two cents I really would like to know why ACG doesn't take on a bigger role (e.g. Board seat) but who knows how close he is to DV and whether he already feels he has sufficient influence in his investment.
