I think Ramses demonstrates the mindset of a trader rather than an investor. When I look at what he says about selling and buying back in, then to me it goes to help understand why this stock rarely sustains a rally.

Its not a criticism but I think representative of many buyers with a more short term focus to cash in on sharp rises. What he says makes sense.

NRT creates opportunities from time to time and I'm no stranger to this myself. On Monday I'll probably look at the same strategy that Ramses mentions and try to turn say 50 thousand odd shares into 60 - 70 thousand or whatever.

Of course that will only work if the SP drops back. Recent history says it will.

However, if the positive news flow keeps coming - and there is no current reason to think it won't - then the mindset among buyers will start to shift from making a quick kill to pick and stick.

The days of successfully shorting this stock are growing fewer. The guarantee that the price will crash and burn is becoming more risky.

The day where investors outnumber traders is looming for NRT.
