i suppose my point being better explained if one programme needs a tweak BLT's prospects don't fall over on that, as each programme has plenty of independence from the other in methodology etc. if the lessons learned also demonstrate good progress then i'll be happy to back them some more.

as you say they've already done tweaking and reloading, and hence why we are well into the journey and past many frustrations.

We need to be careful to bare this in mind and not be too close to the trees.

If we get validatation this is a quality product, we haven't seen the real bidding yet.
