IMO we are extremely close to the bottom in the RE price cycle. LYC SP is closely tracking the movements in the RE price.

YES the DT is still in tact, but this will eventually turn and start moving up, the BIG Question to answer is when will this occurr?
It is senseless for people to keep attacking each other on this forum as it is of no benefIt to anyone. So I am hoping we can try and help each other by trying to work out the timing as to when the RE price will start to recover.
