So if I'm reading this right... the facility builds up interest at 12% per quarter and then at after 12 months it all gets converted into JKA shares at 11c?
Is it a forced conversion, or an optional one for the investor? The language is a bit ambiguous. If it's optional and JKA's SP remains at these levels they will want cash and then JKA will need to refinance...
