Mike - personally no. A very good friend of mine has two properties in Rockingham which he leases direct to Defence Housing. He rates it very highly as he believes it's stress free. You have fixed returns, no management fees and they will generally not trash a property. Even if the place is empty during a change over you still receive rent.
