    totally surprised with this announcement. $1.30 equates to .1857 cents pre-consolidation. I will subscribe for my entitlement but no more as it is huge amount. Surely they could have rid /rolled over their debt & were selling properties above/at nta.
    I will check to see what this does to FKP's nta following this spp.
