They announced on the 24th, what they claim the were informed on the 18th which is bad enough. But in reality they knew or should have known since the 9th which is unacceptable.

Now, on the surface you'd think a "settlement" was great news and would be announced pronto. For a brief moment we even thought we'd gained 1.5% in the settlement. But as Jakel later points out, we gained nothing. It may technically be a settlement as we conceded before final judgement. But for all purposes this was a loss of court case and a loss of 3%. And a possible precedence of what is to come.
