He was given $15,000 worth of shares @ 2c when, presumably, he could have chosen to be paid in cash.
That's awfully nice of him. But, I don't see it as being a bullish sign to the degree that a handful of members here are equating it to be.
We don't really know what agreement was in place to warrant such a decision by him, if it were even his decision to begin with.
