    as good an outcome the conv. note issue is in removing uncertainty re short term funding and opening up the share price to reflect the assets we have,

    keep in mind
    interest coupon totals 48% over the year.
    .11 is approx 50% increase on the .07 share price

    so in effect we are paying them the difference between current and strike price in interest, plus the free attaching options
