All sounds good but I need to get my head around Sentient's position within MMC. ASX announcement 12/08/13 states that should Sentient exercise its right (then) under the US $15m Debenture Facility to take stock in MMC (maturing 2016)it will take them from 22% to 33.8. This does not include the unsecured Loan facility US$10m maturing 31/12/13 which is now subject to continuing negotiations. As stated in my last post Sentient are a bunch of very very shrewd operators and I am wondering will all other shareholders benefit from the absolute upside - obviously shareholders will have to vote etc on any proposals. any comments - looking to invest ??
