Q&A panel ALWAYS stacked heavily to the Left - and Jones is definitely NOT an objective "moderator" - always jumping in to try and catch out, and badger, whichever "Rightie" happens to be on. Jumping on them mid-sentnce, interrupting, telling them to hurry up with their answers, or even more rudely, to "shoosh!".

The audiences all, I allege, well stacked with dedicated Leftists - as are the video and audience questioners, in the main -(stocked from the "Get Up" ranks, I allege - this show's an absolute joke.) Which we're all paying for!

Labor pollies, of course, rush to be on this show. And why not. Jones, and the producers, are, I and thousands allege, theirs! We've stopped watching. It's a bore.

"The Drum", meanwhile, on ABC24 TV, discusses, with panels, almost invariably comprising, say, four Leftists (including the host, generally speaking, they're of the Left) to one so-called "rightie" token commentator. No balance to be had here, either. Though ABC trying to tone down their pro-Labor bias - what - scared Abbott'll sell them up?


As for Lou Reed, and Mahler - seems it's OK for people NOT to know who the hell Mahler was - but if Pyne's never heard of Lou Reed - it's some sort of unforgivable character flaw?

Mahler's music is an aquired taste - but I have the whole set of his symphonies. Very deep - very dark. Some of his music too dark for many - me too, at times - but much of it sheer beauty! And certain people may profess a liking - just for the sheer "snob" value, of crowing at cocktail parties - "I love Mahler!" Some sort of cultural superiority? Does that then make me a moron - because I don't love Lou Reed?

Q&A has had it's day. It's just a revolving door for Labor lovers. And "Get Up" devotees. A showcase for Greenies and Red flag trendy guests - a chance to keep sneering, at the Right.

Jones doesn't even pretend, anymore, he's even a skerrick objective! Lateline no better.
