Yes I agree re the Govt procrastinating as usual, we certainly can't blame IK for that.
I wonder what the problem is with the Exergen listing, seems to be taking forever considering their initial time table had it trading on the ASX I think from memory at end of June/July 2013?
If the BCP is a goer IK will be regarded as a genius but if the government keep stuffing around behind their red tape you may find some of Exergen's partners walking away in frustration?
