Pretty obvious really . . .
'been buy chicken necks for standard price of $3.99 per kg and brisket bone off cuts for $2.50 per kg. These are for the dog.
Prices have gone up to $4.99 for chicken necks and $4.50 for the brisket bones, in % terms that is a big increase.
I noted they have chicken wings and drumsticks for $3.99 in the deli section, dont know how they can justify the $4.99 for the necks'
You get two drumsticks and two wings from one chicken, and only 1 neck per chook! Therefore it stands to reason that necks should be more expensive than the others!
