The company has said in the past on a number of occasions they are looking to buy uneconomical uranium sandstone deposits, with mining permits in place, where ablation can make the projects viable
I have no idea what the acquisition is, but even if it's a small deposit of 10 million pounds and assuming it has a mining permit in place, the value added to BLR would have to be $5 per/lb, for $50 million. The reason imo, is because the project can be fast tracked into production almost immediately.
