Here is a breakdown of AGM;

Shareholders ratify the issue of 2,500,000 Shares
Shareholders ratify the issue of 63,100,283 Shares - sprott
Shareholders ratify the issue of 32,137,817 Shares - sprott
Shareholders ratify the allotment and issue of 20,000,000 Options - RFC AMBRIAN LIMITED

I'm concerned about all these options more so.

16,000,000 Options as Director :INCENTIVE
6,000,000 Options - Mr WINTON : INCENTIVE
6,000,000 Options - BRESSER - : INCENTIVE
1,000,000 Consultant Options to Beverley Nichols (SECRETARY)

724,981,654 Shares ON ISSUE CURRENTLY if those options exercised 752,981,654..... CAP RAISE TO DRILL in mali further (HANNE?? and Libia)?

+ issue of Equity Securities totalling up to 10% of the issued capital of the Company at the time of issue as a MINIMUM

CR was calc @ 14TH OCTOBER 0.019.... touching on a billion shares after that..

My concern is Kevs drill campaign - he needs to focus on the mining aspect at the lode further before he gets drill happy at HANNE and Libia etc... The CR advises it is for Libia and Mali .. but i'd like to know where exactly and what..otherwise this will drag out with no cash flow.. its a risk.
