From the amount of options it's clear KJ is the driving force behind this coy, and it looks to me that the rest are simply an entourage!!
I'm voting no for the simple fact, iif they want no dilution before the mine takes shape, then they should buy on market ??? Clearly they are antisipating a run after the JV ( iif that does)
