While we're waiting, I think I remember we had a discussion a while back about Vn Gov't/Petrovietnam having the right to back into (20%) successful development licences that it has issued. Wish my brain worked better like it used to when I was younger and could remember lots of things.

I just can't recall the details of the mechanism/timing/pricing or even if they were required to stump up for it or if it was gratis.

But the point is, this will have a diluting effect on all JV participants - NEN/Kriss down to 20% and ENI down to 40%.

Does any one recall how that discussion resolved? What people thoughts are on the effects on our returns/profits and sp?
Is it fully factored into the sp already, or will it impact the sp at some later stage when it comes into effect?

Another complicating factor to investor/insto interest in NEN.
