But what I think one can be sure of is that ERM would have felt the combination of the alternative Board was an unknown quantity, and an unnecessary risk to their investment at this point...as I said earlier, stick with the devil(s) you know, maintain the status quo.

It's interesting isn't it that as you say, the lack of ERM support for a change aside, it looks as though a majority otherwise actually supported the proposed changes.

The old Board is very fortunate there was a substantial holder in their corner.
