Just on that one point about a CR, really there is no talk of a CR. AVB have included the same clause as everyone else does since the ASX gave them the OK to do, even if they were awash with cash flowing like rivers into their accounts they would still have the clause in. You may worry on many counts but not sure it should be on this item, have no idea why it was raised, unless someone did not know of the rules change.
