Got to say that this shorting and HF trading gets under my skin. IMO its increasing prevalence will only go to deter more and more average retailers away from the market particularly small caps. I believe the ASX think it brings more liquidity to markets but I think thats more modern short sightedness and as more average punters leave the market you are left with these bigger entities looking like snakes swallowing their own tails until eventually there is nothing left to consume. Anyway we deal with what we have and make our decisions accordingly.
So after that little rant I hope we have some uplifting info in the qtly.
