    Agree - sale of Stayz gets them close to debt free.

    After CEO picks up a heap of incentives at AGM, we could be looking at:

    - radio deal
    - further cost cutting
    - Domain spinoff?
    - other asset sales?
    - capital management??
    - higher dividends???

    Looking good from here IMO
