The worst case for the underwriter is that he does his fees and ends up with stock at $2.38 and he gets free options to boot ... And that assumes the take up is low.
A punt yes but not a bad one given that as each day goes by the project becomes more de risked, and who knows a new JORC. May well appear before to long
