    Saw the same AFR report and have been wondering why the CR now.

    Creasy has his 30% till a valuation can be established, due 2014.

    He also owns 30% of the WIN tenement(next door)just had some good results.

    Project acquisition, development etc. this came out of the blue maybe a takeover of WIN is in the air.

    Far fetched, yes but you need the cash before you make an offer.

    Probably wishful thinking as we own SIR & WIN plus others.
