Back from agm,
Standard presentation as recent previous ones.
The best part was when speaking to other board members and engineer.
Apparantly Darwin GP's expo went great. One small mistake, they did not carry devices to sell with them and had to refer to gp's to website. Doctors were surprised that wheeze could be sensed when/where they thought there was none. I cannot see company them missing another medico convention again here US or any country that they will market in. Doctors were requesting to purchase by forwarding credit card. This has created a buzz to Isonea staff imo.
I guess all efforts so far can be considered as pilot efforts. They are making many modifications to processes and even software eg registration form simplified.
Some of the marketing segments tactics etc that have been thought of are very very promising. I do not wish to go into any great detail.
The uptake of the free version software is growing especially in a couple of European counties and US without any marketing campaigns. This will create a great platform for device sales. I got the feeling that along side US Europe will also be targetted . I believe we have registration in Europe.
In short I was left with the impression that the company has an arsenal of weapons, tactics, strategies, to advance commercialization. At this stage they are trialling their guns to calibrate the range so to speak. The real battle has not even begun.
Their chosen path is to take it carefully so that if mistakes occur they will occur on a small scale. The medical community , nursing, specialists etc will be carefully targeted and carefully nurtured. This does not seem difficult but requires effort and patience.
I have no doubt that we have a killer product/application.
Those who seek December quarterly figures to put company in profitability will in my opinion be disappointed.
Those who know how to read the early signals of a successful company will jump on board.
