this looks like a very serious software problem and I am not expecting this to be running smooth again for another 5 working days minimum
on the phone they say to roll the software back to original state will take 18 hrs - which they are not doing obviously
they should have done that monday night - however today they are still sr^wing us around
I am sure some traders will sue them for damages
