I wonder if 'management' changes refers to the MD stepping down ?

Blumont seem to be able to attract some people who are very highly regarded in the resoruces industry such as Ines Scotland and Alex Molyneaux. I would have thought that someone liek Ines Scotland would have defintely done their due dilligence on Blumont.

If they were able to attract another highly regarded person to be the MD it would surely be a positive step foward.

I note what the appointment of Mike Yeagher (former BHP) has done for MAD's share price.
